True learning is accomplished when students have agency and choice about what they are learning.  However, as Roland Barth states, “Teacher learning and student learning go hand in hand or they don’t go at all.” This session will review the leading dispositions that need to be addressed to successfully implement student-led learning. The art and science of teaching will be enhanced by providing much needed clarity on student dispositions and academic content. This session will explore teacher resources that will ultimately provide clarity on the rigor of the dispositions and scaffolded steps to support students in their learning journey.
